Daniel Weisinger
Dan is our Managing Partner and co-founder at Rivet, proudly heading up the NYC office. With over 15 years of experience in executive search, Dan has completed hundreds of successful searches across a variety of industries, helping to build stellar teams at some of the most exciting and fast-growing B2B and B2C startups.
Originally hailing from Westport, CT, Dan has made NYC his playground for over a decade. He holds college degrees from Cornell and from Arizona State University.
He’s not just well-versed in navigating the world of venture capital and private equity portfolio companies; he’s also a trusted guide for founders on their journeys through successful exits and acquisitions.
When he’s not matching talent with opportunity, you can catch him geeking out over movies, critiquing the latest foodie hotspots, or enjoying quality time as a proud dad.

Masuma Salam-McGarrigle
Masuma is our Partner and co-founder at Rivet, steering market strategy in the Philadelphia office. With a decade of expertise in people operations and strategy, she has built leadership teams at globally recognized tech companies like Spotify, SoundCloud and Meta.
In addition, she is an adjunct professor at Drexel University's LeBow College of Business, imparting her extensive knowledge of recruitment and business strategies to the next generation of professionals.
As the youngest daughter of Bangladeshi immigrants and the first in her family to graduate from a four-year university, Masuma is deeply committed to mentorship and championing diversity and inclusion,
In her free time, you’ll find her experimenting in the kitchen or at a barre class — because consistency is non-negotiable.

Janelle Gorman
Janelle is the engine that keeps Rivet running. With over a decade in finance and operations, she oversees all financial strategy and compliance.
Before Rivet, she was VP of Operations at TRM Microwave, leading a facility expansion, streamlining operations, and navigating a successful exit—all in two years. She’s also held key roles at Oracle and Dyn, playing a major part in acquisitions and high-growth initiatives.
When she’s not keeping Rivet on track, she’s keeping up with her two kids—her most rewarding leadership role yet!

Liz Carney
Liz is a workforce strategist with expertise in building and scaling high-performing teams. After eight years shaping the "people" function at a top financial services firm, she joined Rivet, bringing her sharp eye for exceptional talent and a no-nonsense approach to getting things done.
She’s equal parts creative problem-solver and straight shooter — known for forging strong relationships and asking the tough questions that drive results.
A former Division I field hockey player, Liz traded the NYC hustle for the New Jersey suburbs, where she now keeps up with two kids, a husband, and the occasional nostalgia for city life.
